By purchasing a course or service from Revive Ready, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Revive Ready Revive Ready is a nonprofit Licensed Training Provider (LTP) authorized by the American Red Cross to deliver First Aid, CPR, and AED training and certifications.

2. Course Access Upon successful purchase, you will receive a digital course access link via email within 48 hours. This link grants you access to your purchased course or certification materials. Links are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Certification Certifications are issued through the American Red Cross upon successful completion of the required coursework and/or skills assessments. Revive Ready is not responsible for delays caused by the American Red Cross certification system.

4. No Refunds All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable Use You agree to use course materials solely for personal training and education. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any course content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability Revive Ready provides life-saving education but cannot guarantee outcomes in real-world emergencies. Training is educational in nature and does not replace professional medical care. Revive Ready shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of skills taught in our courses.

7. Changes to Terms Revive Ready reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
